iMantri is a professional network that offers users seeking guidance competency and goal/issue analysis from any of a number of different targeted areas. Members can then use the analysis to match themselves up with or a become a mentor, using the site to connect to other users.

iMantri is currently in closed beta testing, requiring an invitation code to join. The system hooks into your work email and allows users to develop a support network both within their company and the online community.
