Web-based photo editing seems like the next natural step in the world of e-services. Sites like Photoshop Express provide guided changes, but SUMO Paint recently released v1.0 of their web-app, a virtual Photoshop anywhere you can find the web.
From layers to swatches and filters to adjustments, the free suite has it all, giving the user a little bit more creative license than other online applications, including Adobe’s own Photoshop Express. You can even save your layered documents to your online account.
